Christmas Parade
Every year we attend the League City Christmas parade and every year it seems to be soooo cold! We were all bundled up with hot chocolate in hand to enjoy the evening this year! And oddly enough, the most important part of the whole expereince is the CANDY! Some of the floats throw out candy especially when they see little ones and boy is it fun to see the kids kick it in gear to dive after a piece of candy. Even Hope at one (almost two) can enjoy grabbing for a piece of candy on the cold concrete. We saw Blue Santa, Mr. Santa, lots of dogs, lights, girl and boy scout troops, marching bands, cheerleaders and even the kids' school had a marching band getting the crowd mov'n to the beat! The parade seemed extra long this year so we had to leave around 9 as we were all cold and hungry (and tired)!!! Enjoy the pictures...
